Formatting Requirements
Abstracts must be submitted in English, not exceeding 300 words. Use Arial font, 11pt, and ensure the title is in bold sentence case. Include up to five keywords and ensure the structure follows: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
Ethical Clearances
All research involving human subjects or animals must state that ethical approval was obtained from a recognized Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee. Evidence of clearance should be available upon request.
Presentation Types (Oral/Poster)
Authors can indicate their preference for an Oral or Poster presentation. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision based on the abstract’s scoring and thematic fit within the daily program.
Language and Originality
Submissions must represent original work not previously published in a peer-reviewed journal or presented at a major international meeting. AI-generated text must be disclosed if used for drafting.
Author Limitations
A single individual may be the presenting author on a maximum of two abstracts. There is no limit on the number of abstracts an individual can be listed on as a co-author.
Disclosure of Interests
All authors must declare any financial or personal relationships with organizations that could inappropriately influence their work. If no conflict exists, please state "None declared."
Case Report Specifications
Clinical case reports are welcome but must provide significant educational value or highlight a rare manifestation. Ensure patient anonymity is strictly maintained according to international privacy standards.
